The SAM Sling ® stabilizes pelvic fractures and stops compression at the correct force - With Patented AutoStop Buckle.

The SAM Sling ® is the first an only force-controlled circumferential pelvic belt designed to provide a safe and effective stabilization of open-book pelvic fractures for emergency medical providers and military medics. The SAM Sling's ® patented “auto-stop” buckle reduces pain, slows bleeding, and promotes clot formation by providing the right amount of compressive force. The buckle simply won't allow the belt to be over-tightened, which can lead to further damage.

The SAM Sling ® is available in Extra Small (27 - 47"), Standard (32 - 50"), Extra Large (36 - 60") in the following colours:

Olive Drab, Black, Emergency Blue/Orange.
