In order to monitor compliance, effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System, together with the Company’s quality policy and current objectives for quality improvement, a review and evaluation are regularly performed by the Managing Director, the Commercial Director and the Quality Advisor.
Our staff is committed to implement, maintain and continually improve the documented Quality Management System which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
Basic objectives for the quality system are defined in the Quality Manual.
Our staff is trained to ensure that they have the necessary skills and expertise in accordance with documented procedures.
A Management Representative is appointed with responsibility and authority for ensuring that the Quality Management System is implemented, maintained and continually improved.
